If you have Type 2 Diabetes and advanced kidney disease, have maintained a stable diabetes treatment plan for at least three months, and still struggle to control your diabetes, you may qualify for a research study on an injectable medication aimed at managing blood sugar levels and promoting weight loss.
This study is available at select locations across the U.S. If you qualify, you will receive all study-related care at no cost. Travel and time reimbursement may also be available.
