A NEW PHASE 3 RESEARCH STUDY IS IN YOUR AREA
Do you have knee pain due to osteoarthritis?
Learn about a no-cost, new investigational drug to treat symptoms of OA of the knee potentially.
Do you struggle with OA of the knee pain?
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 32.5 million adults in the U.S. have osteoarthritis1, with the knee being the most commonly affected area. It is estimated that 80% of the population will have radiographic evidence of OA by the age of 65 years2.
If you’re struggling with knee osteoarthritis, you may qualify for a new research study, now offered at select United States centers. The research aims to study an investigational treatment to relieve knee pain associated with osteoarthritis. It involves a single injection directly in the knee joint. If you are eligible and participate, you will receive all study-related care, such as MRIs and knee X-rays, at no cost.

- Experiencing knee pain
About the study
Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knees is more common than any other joint. OA in the knees can result in pain in and around the joint, stiffness of the joint after rest and limited joint motion due to pain and/or stiffness of the joint. The end result of all forms of OA is often loss of function of the joint or limb, imposing a significant economic burden on individuals and society.
In this clinical trial, a new investigational treatment is evaluated for its potential to relieve knee pain due to osteoarthritis. The clinical trial will take approximately two years for you to complete. There is a long-term safety component to the study that the site staff will discuss with you. You will receive a single injection directly into your knee joint. The clinical trial involves trial-related medical examinations, including MRIs, X-Rays, and assessments made by medical investigators.
There will be no cost associated with participation in the trial. You may receive compensation for transportation and time required to participate in the trial.
Why Participate?
If you’re struggling with osteoarthritis of the knee(s), you may qualify for a new research study, now being offered at select centers throughout the U.S. The study will assess the effects of an investigational treatment designed to relieve knee pain associated with osteoarthritis. It involves a single injection into your knee. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, checking for side effects, and completing questionnaires. If you qualify, you will receive:
No-cost Study Care
You will receive study-related care from experienced doctors, nurses, and research staff.
Exams
The study will include MRIs, X-Rays, and other examination visits with a trained investigator.
Compensation
You might be eligible to receive compensation for your time and travel.
