Are You Struggling with Chronic Itching and Thickened Skin?

Find out if a new, no-cost investigational treatment can help relieve the itching and discomfort caused by Lichen Simplex Chronicus (LSC), also known as neurodermatitis, or scratch dermatitis. Characterized by the scratch-itch cycle, LSC is a chronic skin disorder that causes intense itching and thickened skin.

Do you have moderate-to-severe Lichen Simplex Chronicus (LSC)?

LSC is a long-term skin condition that causes intense itching. Scratching can make it worse, creating thick, discolored patches of skin. Many people find that regular creams and treatments don’t help enough, and it can affect sleep and daily life.

If you’re still dealing with severe itching even after using topical treatments, you may qualify for a clinical study testing a new investigational injection designed to target the inflammation that causes LSC.

This study is taking place at select locations in the U.S. If you qualify, you’ll receive all study related care and medication at no cost. You may also be compensated for your time and travel.

FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA

● Age 18 or older
● Have been diagnosed with Lichen Simplex Chronicus
● Still have severe itching even after using creams or ointments
● Are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant

About the Study

This study is testing a new investigational injection to see if it can reduce itching and improve comfort for people with moderate-to-severe Lichen Simplex Chronicus (LSC).

If you qualify, you’ll receive either the study drug or a placebo (an inactive shot). The study lasts about 40 weeks and includes 6 clinic visits. After a short screening period, there’s a treatment phase and follow-up. You may be able to give yourself the injections at home after training.

Participants will receive all study-related care at no cost, including medical exams, skin assessments, and lab work. Compensation for travel and time may be available.
