Do you have Foot Ulcers caused by Diabetes?
Learn about a no-cost, new investigational medication to potentially treat Diabetic Foot Infections.
Are you struggling with Diabetic Foot Infections?
If you have Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes, you are at a lifetime risk of developing foot ulcers. These ulcers can easily become infected with bacteria, making them harder to heal. Treatment typically involves antibiotics and special wound care.
Diabetic foot ulcers can be particularly challenging to treat and, if left untreated, can lead to serious infections and potentially to leg amputations. This study treatment aims to eliminate the bacteria in diabetic foot wounds, promote healing, and improve ulcer conditions.
If you have diabetic foot ulcers, you may qualify for a research study conducted at select centers across the U.S. Participants will receive no-cost study-related care, including physical exams, laboratory tests, and foot ulcer assessments.
