Struggling with Low Back Pain?
Learn about a no-cost, new investigational procedure to potentially treat symptoms of low back pain caused by Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD).
What is Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD)?
Low back pain affects up to 80% of adults, and for some, it becomes a long-term condition. One common cause is Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD), a breakdown of the discs between the bones in your spine. This degeneration can lead to chronic pain, reduced mobility, and radiating pain to the legs or buttocks.
When standard treatments like physical therapy and medication no longer bring relief, other options may be needed.
A new clinical research study is evaluating whether a single injection of adult stem cells and hyaluronic acid into the affected disc can help reduce symptoms and improve function. All study-related care is provided at no cost, and you may qualify if you continue to experience pain despite conservative treatment.
FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA

About the Study
Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) can cause ongoing low back pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. It may also lead to radiating discomfort that interferes with daily life. Many people do not find lasting relief from common treatments like medications, physical therapy, or injections.
This clinical trial is evaluating a non-surgical investigational procedure that involves a single injection of adult stem cells combined with hyaluronic acid into the affected lumbar disc. The goal is to determine whether this treatment can reduce inflammation, improve disc health, and help relieve pain. The study will last up to 27 months, with treatment and early assessments taking place during the first six months, followed by check-ups at 12, 18, and 24 months.
Participants will receive study-related physical and neurological examinations, imaging such as MRI, X-ray, CT, and DEXA, laboratory testing, health questionnaires, and regular assessments by medical professionals. There is no cost to participate, and compensation may be available for time and travel.
Why Participate?
If you’re struggling with Chronic Low Back Pain, and conservative treatments have failed to alleviate your discomfort, you may qualify for a new research study, now being offered at select centers throughout the U.S. The study is for a single injection into the disc of an investigational treatment designed to relieve symptoms of chronic low back pain. If you qualify, you will receive:
Exams
The study will include physical examinations, skin assessments and photos, ECGs, laboratory work, genetic testing, and other evaluations conducted by a trained investigator.
No-cost Study Care
You will receive study-related care from experienced doctors, nurses, and research staff.
