New study for Atopic Dermatitis

Learn about a no-cost investigational treatment that may help improve symptoms of Atopic Dermatitis (AD) in patients who haven’t responded well to biologics.

Are you struggling with Atopic Dermatitis (AD)?

Atopic Dermatitis is a chronic skin condition that causes itching, redness, dryness, flaking, and irritation. While it often begins in childhood, symptoms can persist or worsen into adulthood.

If you’ve been using biologics for at least four months without meaningful improvement, you may qualify for a clinical trial evaluating an investigational oral treatment. This study compares the new treatment to biologics and aims to help patients who haven’t had adequate relief.

The study is taking place at select research sites, including locations in the U.S. All study-related care is provided at no cost, and you may be compensated for your time and travel.

FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA

  • Are between the ages of 18 and 63 years old
  • Have had Atopic Dermatitis for 3 years or more
  • Not responded well to biologics after at least 4 months
  • Are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant

About the Study

This clinical study is evaluating an investigational once-daily tablet for adults with moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis (AD) who haven’t responded well to biologics after at least four months. The treatment targets immune pathways involved in autoimmune diseases and is already approved in some countries for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis.

The study lasts up to 32 weeks, starting with an 8-week treatment period followed by a 24-week extension. Treatment may be adjusted based on response, and additional therapy is available if needed.

Participation in the study is at no cost and includes all study-related medical examinations, ECG, laboratory work, and skin assessments conducted by medical investigators. Additionally, compensation for time and travel may be available.

Why Participate?

If you have Atopic Dermatitis and haven’t seen enough improvement after at least 4 months on biologics, you may qualify for a clinical research study evaluating a new investigational treatment that may help improve skin clearance and reduce itching.

No-cost Study Care

You will receive study-related care from experienced doctors, nurses, and research staff.

Exams

The study will include physical examinations, ECG, laboratory work, and other examination visits with a trained investigator.

Compensation

You might be eligible to receive compensation for your time and travel.
