Are you struggling with Acne?
Learn about a no-cost, new investigational vaccine that may help reduce mild Acne symptoms and prevent future outbreaks.
Do you have mild Acne?
Acne is a common inflammatory skin condition caused in part by the bacteria Cutibacterium acnes. Many people continue to experience breakouts despite consistent skincare routines or past treatments. Researchers are now studying a new investigational mRNA vaccine designed to help the body produce an immune response against C. acnes.
This clinical study is being conducted to evaluate whether the investigational vaccine is safe and how the immune system responds to it. Adults ages 18 to 45 with mild acne may qualify.
All study-related care is provided at no cost. Eligible participants may also receive compensation for time and travel.

About the Study
This clinical research study is evaluating an investigational mRNA vaccine for mild facial acne. There are currently no approved vaccines for acne, and existing treatments do not work the same for everyone. Because Cutibacterium acnes (C. acnes) plays a key role in acne development, researchers are studying whether a vaccine that triggers an immune response against this bacteria may be safe and potentially useful in addressing acne in the future.
The study vaccine uses mRNA technology to help the body produce antibodies against proteins from C. acnes. The study will assess safety, immune response, and how the skin reacts over time. Participation lasts approximately 8 months and includes two intramuscular injections (one at the first visit and another two months later).
All study-related care is provided at no cost, including medical examinations, ECGs, laboratory tests, facial skin evaluations, photographs, and follow-up assessments. Participants may also receive compensation for time and travel.
Why Participate?
If you are struggling with mild facial acne and are exploring new options, you may qualify for a clinical research study. This study is evaluating an investigational mRNA vaccine designed to stimulate an immune response against Cutibacterium acnes, a bacteria associated with acne.
If you qualify, you will receive:
No-cost Study Care
You will receive study-related care from experienced doctors, nurses, and research staff.
Exams
The study will include physical examinations, ECGs, laboratory work, skin evaluations, and other examination visits with a trained investigator.
Compensation
You might be eligible to receive compensation for your time and travel.
