Palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) is a chronic skin condition that causes recurring, sterile pustules on the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. It can also cause pain, cracking, redness, and irritated skin. Many adults continue to experience discomfort and disrupted sleep despite trying standard treatments.

If you have been diagnosed with, or think you may have, palmoplantar pustulosis and still have symptoms, you may qualify for a clinical research study evaluating an investigational topical cream.
Qualified participants may receive study-related care at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may be available. Participation is voluntary, and you may leave the study at any time.

About the Study

This clinical research study is evaluating an investigational topical cream for adults with mild-to-severe palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP). The study aims to better understand the safety of the treatment and how it affects PPP-related symptoms such as pustule formation, itching, redness, and skin irritation.

If you qualify, you will receive the study cream for application to your affected palms and/or soles twice daily during scheduled clinic visits and at home. The study team will monitor your skin condition, review your symptoms, ask about your daily PPP experience, and perform routine health checks throughout the study.

Participation lasts about 5 to 6 months and includes approximately 9 outpatient clinic visits, including screening, treatment, and follow-up visits. All study-related care is provided at no cost, and compensation for time and travel may be available.
