Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a chronic skin condition that often affects areas where skin touches skin, such as the underarms and groin. It can cause painful, recurring nodules and abscesses that may interfere with daily life and emotional well-being.

Researchers are conducting a clinical study to evaluate an investigational cream, applied twice daily, that may help reduce HS lesions, ease pain, and control flare-ups.

The study is being conducted at select locations across the U.S. Eligible participants will receive all study-related care at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may be provided.

About the Study

HS is known for causing painful lumps drainage and odor which can greatly affect daily life and emotional well-being.

This clinical research study is testing an investigational cream applied to the skin twice daily to learn how much of the cream may be absorbed into the body and to monitor safety. Researchers will also explore how the cream may impact HS symptoms.

The study may last up to 5 months in total, including a 4-week maximum use period, an optional 12-week extension, and a 30-day safety follow-up. All study related care including physical examinations, skin evaluations, laboratory tests, and other assessments by qualified medical investigators will be provided at no cost. You may also receive compensation for time and travel.
