Have you been diagnosed with Bronchiectasis?

Learn about a no-cost investigational treatment that may help reduce flare-ups and improve symptoms.

Do you struggle with Bronchiectasis?

Bronchiectasis is a chronic lung condition that causes abnormal widening of the airways, leading to inflammation, excess mucus, and frequent lung infections. Common symptoms include persistent coughing, shortness of breath, fatigue, and coughing up phlegm or blood.

Despite available treatments, many people still face flare-ups and progressive symptoms. If you’ve been diagnosed with bronchiectasis, you may qualify for a clinical research study evaluating an investigational oral medication designed to help reduce flare-ups, improve lung function, and enhance quality of life.

The once-daily tablet works by targeting a natural enzyme in the body, Cathepsin C, to help reduce inflammation and lung damage. The study is being conducted at select sites across 49 countries, and all study-related care is provided at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may also be available.

FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have been diagnosed bronchiectasis
  • Have had at least 1 flare-up in the past year that required antibiotics
  • Are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant

About the Study

This clinical research study is testing a new oral medication for people with bronchiectasis, a chronic lung condition that causes frequent coughing, mucus buildup, and flare-ups. The goal of the study is to see if the medication can reduce flare-ups, improve breathing, and help people feel better overall.

The study lasts up to 20 months and involves taking a once-daily tablet during the treatment period. The study drug works by targeting inflammation in the lungs and may help ease symptoms like cough and mucus while reducing the number of lung infections.

If you qualify, you will receive all study-related care at no cost, including medical exams, CT scans, lung function tests, lab work, ECGs, telemedicine visits, and optional DNA sampling. Additionally, you may receive compensation for the time and travel required to participate.

Why Participate?

If you have bronchiectasis, you may qualify for a clinical research study testing an investigational medication that may help reduce flare-ups, lower the risk of ER visits and hospitalizations, and protect lung function over time.
If you qualify, you will receive:

No-cost Study Care

You will receive study-related care from experienced doctors, nurses, and research staff.

Exams

The study will include physical examinations, surveys, laboratory work, MRIs, X-rays, and other examination visits with a trained investigator.

Compensation

You might be eligible to receive compensation for your time and travel.
